From Lishan, Taiwan, this tender-picked winter oolong has a distinct cool high-mountain character, delicate young-leaf notes and a pronounced pollen-like aroma. Its layers unfold gradually in a full, silky liquor. Sweetness becomes more pronounced as the tea cools.
